Add the product to your cart, then enter names, ranks, dates, wording, and other personalization details in the order notes before checkout.

How do I send a logo, photo, unit insignia, or artwork?

Place the order first, then contact ItsLaser Engraving with your order information and the highest-quality artwork file available. We will contact you if the file or layout needs clarification before production.

What should I double-check before ordering?

Please verify spelling, capitalization, rank, dates, punctuation, and any other custom wording. Your submitted information is used to produce the engraving.

Can you make something that is not listed in the store?

Yes. Visit the Custom Engraving page and send details about the item, material, approximate size, quantity, artwork, and any deadline.

How long does custom engraving take?

Production time varies based on the item, quantity, artwork, and level of customization. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

How does local pickup work?

Eligible local-pickup orders can be collected at ItsLaser Engraving, 3563 U.S. 1 Business, Vass, NC 28394. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Are memorial bricks shipped?

Memorial bricks sold at the listed local-pickup price are Local Pickup Only. Shipping is not included or offered at that price.
